亚马逊有着严格的电子邮件政策，所以卖家不能自定义邮件。

但你可以在订单确认邮件中，提供有用的信息比如产品使用指南来提高买家的满意度和参与度。

在发送邮件给消费者时，卖家还要注意遵守亚马逊的相关政策，避免账号被冻结。注意你的追踪邮件不要包含以下内容：

· 在非重要邮件的主题行中添加“Important”这个词
