亚马逊前一段时间为了保持评价系统的真实性,姐夫不惜得罪他的客户——大规模封杀掉了配合卖家刷评价的买家账号。
对此,亿恩文章《一下封了上千买家帐号!亚马逊这次开刀意在……》指出亚马逊面临的困境包括被特朗普一周5次狂怼,这次又面临社交平台上买家集结组团抗议亚马逊封杀买家账号。
此后据不少卖家评估,亚马逊此次行动不止封杀了上千,这个数字甚至达到了十多万。
一套干净利落的组合拳打下来之后,亚马逊也只淡淡的发表了几句话的声明:已经对行为不良和违反社区准则的人采取了行动……

亚马逊一般会从以下五个方面判断买家账号是否操纵评论:
1、动态留评率的平均值:如果这些所购买的listing的留评率高,就被定义为操纵评价
2、访问购买比:访问量是实际订单量不成比例
3、 购买类目的分散度:买家账号购买的listing的类目过于集中也会影响到评价是否会被删
4、买家账号平均留评星级:连续5星和长期在4星以上留评星级必然会影响到listing
5、付款方式:即信用卡占比(礼品卡不是不可以,但信用卡一定是占大比重)
加上最新添加的留评条件2,卖家养买家号进行操控评论的门槛会有很大提升,这也就是为什幺会有卖家说刷单将会变得越来越难,产品为王的时代进一步来临。
